Arts & Culture

It has been quiet on the TPACAAN front for quite a while;  we're working on a short campaign related to city funding,  that we will unveil soon.  Until then,  I wanted to share this blog post from ARTSblog on the Top Ten Reasons to Support the Arts.

Hopefully, these reasons sound familiar.

Comprised of 81 national-level indicators, the National Arts Index is an annual measure of the health and vitality of arts in the US. According the Americans for the Arts, the Index score for 2009 is 97.7, down 3.6 percentage points from the previous year.  To learn more:
